Finally, once your rounds are expended, an extended magazine release makes reloading the 1911 quick and easy. A flared ejection port additionally aids in reliable functionality. A user adjustable trigger, coupled with the skeletonized hammer, send rounds downrange from the included 7-round magazine. Made entirely in the United States, the stainless-steel pistol includes a distressed Burnt Bronze Cerakote. Correspondingly, riding just above the mainspring housing is the iconic beavertail grip safety. Machine checkered front strap and mainspring housing also surround the custom grip panels, providing a secure grip, as a result. The custom aluminum grip panels each feature “USA” and “1776,” superimposed over the stars and stripes. Forward and rear slide serrations make the slide equally easy to manipulate under stress. A checkered slide stop lever also makes manipulation easy, even when wet or under duress. Additionally, riding atop the slide are TruGlo front and rear night sights. The slide rides on a full-length recoil guide rod and houses the 5-inch match grade barrel, chambered in. Likewise, on the obverse side are the immortal words of Johnny Cash, “ I’m mighty proud of that ragged old flag.”
